How would I go about editing ChickHEN to make it called something else? Like under system information.

you need that for rebooting your psp. dont delete

I cant exactly test it cuz my PSP 3000 has 6.20 :/ Could someone use it and take a screenshot please? If its not too much trouble that is.

Doesn't that happen when your not running it on ofw 5.03? I even tried the original chickhen files and it said the same on 6.20 ofw.
